I didn’t start my career in business coaching. I started by studying people.
For more than two decades, my work has centered around leadership, human development, communication, emotional intelligence, and the environments that shape how people grow. As an educator, professor, researcher, and organizational leader, I spent years helping individuals develop awareness, confidence, and healthier ways of engaging with the world around them.
What I eventually realized is this:
The same patterns that shape people in classrooms shape leaders inside organizations. Avoidance. Control. Fear of failure. Over-responsibility. Conflict avoidance. Emotional reactivity. The pressure to perform. The inability to slow down long enough to lead intentionally. These patterns don’t stay personal. They become cultural. For founders leading companies with growing teams, those patterns eventually affect everything: communication, accountability, trust, retention, execution, and the emotional weight leaders carry home every night.
That realization led me into the work I do today. I help founders and leadership teams uncover the unconscious patterns influencing how they lead so they can create healthier cultures, stronger teams, and sustainable growth without losing themselves in the process.My work integrates two powerful frameworks: the Enneagram and Human Design.
I believe meaningful leadership transformation happens when leaders understand both their nature and their nurture. Human Design helps uncover the natural way someone is wired to operate how they best use energy, make decisions, communicate, and lead in alignment with who they are. The Enneagram reveals the adaptive patterns developed through life experience the fears, defense mechanisms, coping strategies, and unconscious habits that often emerge under pressure. Together, these frameworks create an unusually deep lens into leadership. Not just behavior, but motivation, identity, patterning, protection, and alignment.
Because most founders are not struggling from a lack of capability. They are struggling from the accumulated weight of unconscious leadership patterns that no longer serve the business they are trying to build. I know what it feels like to operate in survival mode to carry pressure silently, to over-function, to avoid certain conversations because the cost feels too high, and to realize that success on paper does not always create peace internally. That is why my coaching is not about performance tactics or motivational hype. It is about helping leaders reconnect with the original vision and values that caused them to start in the first place. The version of themselves that existed before burnout, pressure, people problems, and constant responsibility began shaping every interaction.
My clients are often highly capable founders leading companies with 10–50 employees who have built successful businesses but feel the growing tension inside their leadership and culture. They know something needs to change; not just operationally but personally.

I believe leadership should not cost you your peace, your relationships, or your identity. I believe the strongest leaders are not the ones who perform confidence the best but the ones willing to become deeply aware of what is driving them beneath the surface. Because when leaders reconnect with who they were designed to be, confident leadership stops feeling forced. It becomes natural.
